Arena Maintenance
Arena stewardship is something often overlooked, but arguably the most important aspect of extending the longevity of your arena. We compare it to changing the oil in your car every 3,000 miles. An arena that is maintained every 6 months to a year will have a significantly longer life span than an arena that is neglected. Ask us about what our maintenance program entails and how it could save you thousands of dollars throughout the life of the arena.

Footing Flip
Flipping an arenas’ footing every 6 months to 2 years (depending on usage) helps keep your riding surface consistent, as fiber, geotextiles and smaller sand particles settle after heavy use. Mixing up the footing will rejuvenate and breathe new life back into your arena.

Base Regrade
Sometimes an arena’s base can mix with footing, or settle after years of use and tend to “bowl out”, leaving the middle lower than the edges. We can gather the footing up and re-laser grade the base to bring your arena back to being perfectly level again. Couple this with flipping your footing and you essentially have a new arena, at a fraction of the cost of using all new material.
